At Novarow Crumb Co., we believe the best things in life are made with love, shared with kindness, and enjoyed with a little bit of laughter.

What began as a way to rediscover comfort and creativity grew into a dream inspired by two little humans, Nova and Rowan. But from the very beginning, I wanted Novarow to stand for something bigger than the baked goods coming out of our kitchen.

I wanted to build something my children could be proud of—not simply because it became successful, but because of how we chose to get there.

Our little bakery is rooted in a few beliefs that will always guide us.

Love & Kindness

We believe every interaction is an opportunity to make someone’s day a little brighter. Whether it’s a warm cinnamon roll, a friendly conversation, or a simple act of kindness, the little things matter.

We believe everyone deserves to feel welcome, respected, and valued.

Family isn’t always something we’re born into. Sometimes it’s something we create through love, trust, acceptance, and the people who choose to show up for one another.

At Novarow, there’s room at our table for everyone willing to share it with kindness.

Baking has always meant more to me than making something delicious. It’s a source of comfort, creativity, and joy.

My hope is that every treat we share brings a little warmth into someone’s day and reminds them that even life’s simplest moments can hold a little magic.

We believe in slowing down, making things from scratch, and taking pride in our work.

We will never knowingly sacrifice the quality of our ingredients, the care behind our products, or the values of our business simply to grow bigger.

Humor & Humility

Life is messy. Sometimes the dough doesn’t rise, the kitchen looks like a flour tornado came through, and our imaginary executive team makes questionable decisions.

We believe in laughing at ourselves, owning our mistakes, remaining willing to learn, and never forgetting where we started.

Growth With Purpose

Success means more to us than sales, followers, or how many cinnamon rolls we can fit into an oven.

It means building something sustainable, treating people well, protecting the life and relationships we’ve worked to create, and staying true to ourselves along the way.
